Newly built home just 2 minutes from Lake DeGray! This is 1 of 3 houses that sit nestled around a pond atop of a hill in a 9 acre field. Our 1,000sq ft. homes are 2 miles away from the Hwy 7 beaches and the amenities of DeGray Lake State Park. Property was very nice and clean. House is a great layout for one or two couples. Owner is extremely responsive. Conveniently located between Hot Springs and Arkadelphia (Home of Ouachita Baptist Univ and Henderson State). Nice place to relax and enjoy some piece and quiet but only 10 minutes from restaurants and stores.

The house is very nice: beautiful, super clean, and very functional. DeGray Lake is quickly accessible from the house and Hot Springs is also close. We have a child going to college in Arkadelphia and the house was also perfect for him to visit, eat, and hang out.
