Location was great just to sit and watch the ducks and water.
Bath tub could be updated. Could not find a control for tv in bedroom with queen bed.

The home was about 20 minutes from Hot Springs, near a small lake. The facilities were very clean and very comfortable. We had 6 people in our group, and we had plenty of room for our things and for relaxing. We loved the peacefulness of being out away from town but not too far.
There were not enough adult life jackets available (only 2 that we found and we could have used 4), but we did fine without them. We had to go to the store for more toilet paper. Not a big deal as the store was 10 minutes away!

It was a cute and perfect little spot for a relaxing stay, and the kids enjoyed the property. Everything you need was there.it was very clean and tidy,
I was hoping the water was clearer. The kids enjoyed the lake, but I couldn't get in because there was no ladder or way to get out of the lake. I'm a little older and was afraid if I got in that there would be a problem getting out. The kayaks were great, but the paddle boat does not work. I still greatly enjoyed this place and would definitely stay there again. But next time I'll bring a ladder, 😆

The location was excellent. Right by the water. My kids enjoyed the dock and kayaks.
Appliances were not working properly. It took three days for the fridge to cool down. The oven broiler was hanging from the top of the oven. I pulled several dishes out of the cabinet to use that were dirty. We found mold under the kitchen sink and mouse poop in one of the kitchen drawers. The fiberglass in the tub of the second bathroom was peeling in the bottom. There was no water supply to the slide on the dock so you couldn’t really use it. The pedal boat was broken.
