We really enjoyed our stay with family coming from 3 states. This house had all the amenities we needed plus a quiet neighborhood for daily walks. Stores and other necessities were a quick drive. We would definitely recommend this gem to friends and family looking for a central location on the Cape.

The property over all was in extremely good condition, very modern and chic inside out. Property manager, Jeneen was very responsive to any needs we had during the stay. Will definitely recommend this property without any reservations

Our group of 10 loved our stay in this newly updated home! It’s beautifully furnished, the beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area with fire pit. Bonus for us—this home is an easy 8-minute drive to Mayflower beach (our favorite!) We will be back!!

Beautiful home, completely updated with a large family room on the lower level. Great outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen with pot/pans, coffee maker etc. lots of room to spread out even though a “smaller ranch”. Great location. Close to bayside beaches. The only negative would be a small MBR, but it has a very nice bathroom as a plus! Enjoyed our stay June 2023

The house was very nice with updated appliances in the kitchen and two large TVs. The backyard was spacious with a grill to bbq and a fire pit to relax around on a nice summer night. Great stay and will definitely be booking with Del Mar in the future!

The house is darling! There was more than enough room for our family of 8 adults and one toddler. The house is bright and cheerful with a really nice backyard. It's also easy to get on Hwy 6A to get around The Cape. We hope to stay again!

Can’t recommend this house enough. Beautifully updated. Huge finished basement for additional space. Beautiful outside area/fire pit. Great location close to everything.
