Inside, the open-concept layout has plenty of room for all to enjoy. In the living area, an electric fireplace provides added comfort while you relax and stream your favorite shows. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and is great for gathering and preparing home-cooked meals that you can share together at the adjacent dining table. This home has all your essentials including a private washer/dryer and WiFi and is perfect for extended stays, allowing you to immerse yourself in all the amenities this lovely vacation home has to offer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: A camera is located on the rear porch, facing the back fence. It is used solely for security reasons while the home is empty. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This house is in the perfect location, 5 minutes to downtown and half moon bay, 7 minutes to Twin Harbors State Park where we had the best rock hunting. The house was clean, comfortable, and felt very new. Our only complaint was that the backyard was not enclosed and that the whole yard was red lava rock. This was very uncomfortable to walk on for our pets and made unloading/loading the cars a little challenging.

Perfect for our family of 4. Especially with our teenagers that wanted their own rooms. Very conveniently located for quick walks on the beach and a short drive to the marina.

Thank you for making our family and friends fishing trip even better! The home was perfect, comfortable and so nice to come back to after fishing. The open area and big couch was nice for everyone to be together. This is great for families or groups. Thank you also for your kindness and honoring law enforcement and veterans. Many do not these days and that is ok but we felt so very appreciative that you do. 🇺🇸♥️ Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable, clean, and well decorated. Other than a couple of cosmetic things (primary bathroom door not staying latched/closed), we had no complaints. Would definitely stay again!
