About this house rental
This carefully renovated home offers an oversized kitchen with a gas range, a large island, and a beverage station. The large windows overlook the spacious yard. The living and dining room is separated by an antique fireplace. The rooms are spacious and well laid out within the home. There are three newly renovated bathrooms, including a first-floor bath with a walk-in shower and a large laundry room on the main level. The house is conveniently located on Route 13, close to the NH line. Please note, there is a small studio apartment at the rear of the property with separate entrances, and the parking area is shared.

The Farmhouse was amazingly huge. We were able to accommodate everyone in our family comfortably. The house was immaculate and contained all the necessary amenities. The host was able to help us with any questions we had. The kitchen was awesome for cooking, as well as eating and socializing before, after and during the preparation of any meals. There were also horses and chickens in the stable on the property.The only difficulty we experience was the wifi was weak throughout the house and didn't work by the side entrance of the house. Future guests should print out the house instructions from the owner, prior to arriving at the house, so they can have the entrance code available. Overall, we would come back and recommend this house to our friends.

The property was excellent. The only problem was the lack of internet on 3 of our 4 day stay. With children on our trip, we had to scramble to overcome the internet outage. Otherwise we loved the property, it was spacious, clean and had a wonderful floor plan. We also were able to meet the regular tenant and her dog and the farm workers dog also. It was the perfect property for our party.

Always enjoy staying at the Farmhouse!Kayla is extremely responsive. The house is roomy, nicely decorated, and has updated amenities. We will be back.
