This is an older motel that’s been remodeled, so the room was fresh and clean. It is literally on the beach. The bathroom was small but functional.

We were looking for beach access with a great king size bed and we got soo much more!
The staff was always available to help, if not in the office through text. The room was great size and the bed very comfortable. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great option with great prices Anthony’s on the beach is the way to go! We’ll be going every year now moving forward.

Contactless stay. We rented 3 rooms. Very easy to manage. Owners responded quickly to messages. Proximity and view of the beach are phenomenal. Rooms are nicely updated. Very clean! Stocked kitchens. Bring your own food and do all your own cooking if you like. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Beautiful patio area. Outdoor furniture and fixtures in need of some repairs but overall served its purpose wonderfully. Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Nearby to wonderful local dining and shopping. This area of Cocoa Beach was nothing but perfect for us! No crowds. Would 100% return!

The room was clean and updated with newer amenities. Outside was a little rough but not dirty just a bit dated and disorganized. Plenty of chairs and beach stuff. I only saw staff at check in and was a little bummed no one ever answered the office door when we wanted beach towels but it was a minor thing. Honestly, the price and premium beach access it was well worth it.
