We were greeted warmly by reception and the luggage guys, from the moment we arrived everything was perfect, the staff are friendly yet professional, we basically had the roof terrace to ourselves in the day time 😄 we tried some pina coladas from the pool bar and I explained I couldn't have cream they said it wouldn't be the same so asked could they use egg white!!! Very alternative but clever!.
All the food we had was excellent.
The executive rooms where spacious and the air con worked great.
We would definitely return again to this resort.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pool was clean and a nice size.
Staff work very hard and always have a smile on their faces.
The bedding needs to be upgraded! Our duvet cover had stains on both sides! The pillow cases didn't fit properly. Toiletries were never replaced. On a couple of occasions, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door between 6 - 8 pm to clean our room!! That is late for a clean!
The upholstery on the furniture on the sixth floor ( bar and pool area) needs to be cleaned! There were stains and they looked dirty.
Music needs to be changed as we heard the same songs over and over again, everyday!!
