The room is not too bad but it should be improve and well maintenance.

Staff are friendly

The equipment is poor maintenance. The shower head can't hang. I have to hold by my hand. Bathroom should be renovate.

Kleines aber feines Hotel inbettet in Reisfelder

Die Anlage hat ein sehr schön gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Die zimmern auf die erste etagen sind, traumhaft mit großer Terasse. Die Reisfelder rundherum sind sehr angenehm. Wer zu ruhe kommen möchte ist hier richtig. Es gibt ein Shuttel nach Ubud was recht praktisch war. Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen allerding nur die oberen Zimmern. Upgrade gibt es nicht auch wenn das Hotel fast leer war wegen low Season dafür aber sind die Zimmer allgemein etwas günstiger. Massage war Top. Das Essen in Ordnung. Kaffee leider immer wieder kalt. Das Personal immer sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmern auf gartenebene, sind bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Der Luft ist etwas unangenehm in diesem Zimmern und es sind Ameisen im Bad. Nach Meldung an die Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Ameisen entfernt worden sind, aber die sind leider weiterhin da

Private, spacious rooms with lovely, personable staff

Wonderfully kind and accommodating staff and a beautiful resort. The pool is stunning and our room was very private and spacious. The bed is what dreams of made of - best nights sleep ever! 😴💤 The shuttle times are super convenient and make you forget you are outside the town, it feels like a quick zip into town to do any shopping or dining out 🌺🌴

We have stayed at many 5-Star, 5-Diamond properties over the years. And I have to tell you that the facilities and the people at the Anumana Village in Ubud, Bali achieve levels of excellence even beyond the St. Regis in Deer Valley Utah, the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, and the Marriott Marquis in New York City. This was our first time in Bali and we absolutely fell in love with the culture, the food, the nature beauty and especially the people. We credit this to the Anumana staff, who went far above and beyond the usual resort hotel experiences. We enjoyed customized private tours, traditional Balinese clothes, exquisite food prepared to our preferences, and deep personal attention to our desire to really experience the heart and soul of Bali.

We loved everything about this property, the staff, and the location.

- dobre śniadanie - przyjemna obsługa - czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, dość duży pokój i łazienka - darmowy shuttle bus do Ubud - cicha spokojna okolica (ok 5 km od Ubud)

- Mało leżaków na basenie - Dania z menu restauracji mogłyby być smaczniejsze

Very good!

The room was really big, and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom is also very good with a shower and a bidet. Nice large pool, and a very nice restaurant with good food (western selections too, and cheap as well). The staff are incredibly nice, it is truly an understatement to say how nice the staff were, they were all amazing really. The hotel also offers a bus from and back to the city center. The hotel itself is in a unique location, it feels like you're in the middle of a rural area and I love the way it is designed.

It is rather far from the city center, around an 30-45 mins or so. Also, this hotel is really mostly made for honeymooners in a way, it was all younger couples and I felt a bit out of place being all alone.

Fabulous staff, beautiful location

Staff were amazing! Especially Ulan and We, thank you for being so helpful and kind. Such a relaxing hotel, they did a free shuttle into town which was great.

Very pleasant stay

The interior was very authentic, the hotel is very comfortable with beautiful view, and the food in the restaurant was also good, definitely worth staying there

There was small spiders on the ceiling, it’s not an issue for me but needs more appropriate cleaning

Overall a reasonsble stay for the price but i would not recommend the restaurant!

Nice pool area and very friendly staff

Its very far from everything and the noise in the morning from cocks is very loud. Restaurant is poor.

Relaxing stay nex to Ubud

All the staff were incledibly nice. Wayan, our driver is an amazing person. It's quite cheap, the food was fantastic and de calm and peace of the place, amazing.

Our room was connected by a door to another one, so you listen noise from the next room. Even a normal conversation is listened.

the shuttle service timings could have been more flexible. as riding a scooter to the location is a little challenging and shuttle service after hours cost is a little high

The paddy field is awesome. Overall excellent stay.

I stayed for 3 nights and they did not change my bathrobe at all. They just throw my bathrobe on top of the cupboard and expect me to wear it for the next 2 nights. Suggestion is to change the bathrobe daily when housekeeping.
