Everything about that villa is lovely we did my wife birthday pool flower there and it is great experience and nice memories will definitely be back again

Exceptional place. Really nice experience. Staff was really nice. Food was excellent. Massages were great. Really reccomend!

Massive Bamboo house, couldn’t get over the size. The pool is T shaped and again very big.
Lovely bathrooms, with outdoor baths.
Staff nice and friendly.
Projector and screen was cool to use to do a movie night.
Only place we found in Bali, Komodo and Lombok where there was not large scale water provided, we didn’t have something to top up water bottles and they provided four small bottles a day.
Wine was only sold by the bottle nothing by the glass. Wine was also very expensive/ no cheaper options.
Menu for in room dining was very limited. To be fair my daughter not feeling the best one day and they did accommodate providing other food options to the villa.
Service was off. Staff were super friendly and pleasant but felt like right level of training hadn’t been invested. Trying to put meals on the table but hadn’t cleared starter plates away. I like everywhere else in Indonesia slow to clear use plates. We forgo dessert one night as no one was coming to clear plates and take order. Yes we could have asked but went why should we be having to.

The room design is beautiful, the staff are very helpful.
The food was not good, no restaurant, only food delivers to the room, no spa, but if you ask a message they can get someone to come to your room. What also ruined our experience the noise! Yes the noise, this place is in the middle of a local village. There was a party near by with a lot of music till 2 am and we really could not sleep. What meant to be a quiet night in the nature, became a noisy horrible night. This place has a potential but for the price it’s really not worth it
