Amazing location and beautifully nestled on the side of a rainforest valley. Staff were super helpful, our villa was luxurious (in a traditional Balinese style). The massages were great. Overall a peaceful, calming and refreshing experience. The rooms were not only beautifully appointed but kept clean and tidy.
The restaurant does not have specifically Vegan items on the menu. However, I have to add that they went out of their way to create and veganise dishes for us, all of which was awesome.
The valley location means lots of stairs which we were fine with, but could be a challenge for some.

The rooms were lovely, the facilities were great and the food was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all amazing.

The Sebali Resort offered a fantastic experience during our honeymoon. The location was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. You are located in the middle of a rainforest and this fact is never lost on you. The villas overlook the trees, stream and waterfall. Other than the sound of the rainforest, the room is completely quiet and peaceful. Sufficiently modern and very comfortable but also offering a traditional and natural feel. It is very easy to be relaxed in that environment and this extends to the rest of the resort. The food was excellent and the menu covered western diets but also offered traditional Indonesian dishes. The staff were always smiling, pleasant and willing to help. The service made the experience that much more enjoyable. We felt very much at home during our honeymoon and never found ourselves lacking anything. The Sebali Resort deserves a 10/10 rating on all fronts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation. Bonus point - it is located close to many of the major activities in Bali (rice terraces, tea plantations, monkey forrest, elephant conservatory, white water rafting, atv bikes etc). There is likewise an Ubud centre where one can go and walk around, enjoy some restaurants, do some shopping etc in case anyone worries it might be too quiet - there are still many things to do! We had a complete experience and were sad to leave the Sebali Resort (but will almost definitely visit again once another special occasion comes around).
Almost nothing. Due to being in the rainforest we encountered some small bugs and mosquitoes. The staff offered insect repellent and were taking active steps throughout our stay to cleanse the resort of mosquitos. It did not impact our stay much at all other than being mindful to close the doors.

We had an amazing stay at The Village Bali! Everything was wonderful, and we enjoyed every moment. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily come back. Highly recommended!
