Our stay at Aksari Resort Ubud was incredible. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. We really appreciated the excellent service and all the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you to the entire team! ❤️
The only downside was that geckos sometimes came into our room, and there were also some ants. However, we understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, so this can happen. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The property presents well. Food was of a high quality. The spa was a highlight. A good range of unique cocktails at the bar.
Inexperienced front desk staff in need of training. There did not appear to be a senior staff member present during my stay. The staff that were there seemed ill-equipped to deal with common situations. Some rooms had only a very thin door separating them which makes them able to hear everything in the other room. A large group of travellers were staying one night and decided to party until 6.00 AM in the morning with no intervention from management. A $30 discount was given in compensation on a stay of 4 nights.
