Really enjoyed our stay. The room was modern, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a lot of towels, an iron, a coffee machine, an air conditioner and a mini fridge. The location is far from the center, but thats no problem since there is a metro station literally 20m away from the building, so you reach the center in 20 minutes. The staff was super helpful, and answered to every message in less than 2min. And on top of all that the price was unbelievably good. All in all- would recommend this to everyone. :)

I was clean, no noise for outside and the location we perfect for me.
The Aircon unit was quite loud.

Me gustó muchísimo todo, la habitación es pequeña, pero para dos personas fue perfecto. El baño muy moderno y cómodo, nos quedamos casi 10 días y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, la estación de metro está a menos de una cuadra y un mercadona a menos de 10min caminando. Todo increíble. Las habitaciones incluyen máquina de café, hervidor y té, nos encantó. Está un poco alejado de Madrid centro, pero en 20 min en metro ya estabas ahí.

The location was very close to the metro.
We made a complaint about weird noises in the room, too much light and a very squeeky bed (we could hardly move or it would make awful noises), they asked for video material which we can’t send over Booking so we send through WhatsApp and they never addressed the complaints.
