We had an outstanding stay in Osaka. Ozaki and his team really went above and beyond and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was great from start to finish, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful.
You can also really feel how passionate Ozaki is about Japanese culture. It’s not just something he talks about, you genuinely feel it throughout the experience, which made our stay even more special.
When it comes to service, Ozaki is definitely boxing in the heavyweight category! 😄 His attention, warmth and hospitality were simply fantastic.
The complimentary Samurai photo shooting is also highly recommended. It was a really fun and memorable experience and a great way to take home a little souvenir from Osaka.
A big thank you to Ozaki and the whole team. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The two gentlemen Ozaki & Yuga were such great hosts and so welcoming. This was honestly an experience to remember while visiting Japan, we had a photoshoot when we arrived wearing Samurai armor and with my wife wearing traditional Japanese clothing.
Ozaki was so incredibly communicative through our visit even checking to make sure our first night was comfortable or if there was anything we needed.
Ozaki was so incredibly hospitable, despite our brief stay, they made us feel like it was our home away from home.

This Ryokan is such a gem and Mr. Ozaki and the team makes the stay even more wonderful with their hospitality. They made us feel so welcome and my kids loved this place over all others we stayed at in Japan. This is highly recommended for families and the property features all the amenities requred for a family. They top it up with the photoshoot in traditional kimono and samurai attire so you also feel a little part of the local culture and traditions.
