Comfy bed, location, cleanliness
Couldn’t get A/C to work. Kept blowing cold air. I would have contacted someone but was in my PJ’s already.
Parking was a hit and miss affair. There was one really tight spot left in the undercover parking. I took it as I was concerned we wouldn’t find anything else. Tight squeeze to get out for my 90 year old mother and me at 5 months post op knee replacements. We ended up deciding to Uber to the event we were attending as I was scared if I took the car out of the carpark there wouldn’t be a spot when we returned later that evening.

Location was ok -central to the CBD. Staff at check-in were friendly. Room was clean and well presented.
Beds did not have lockable wheels and it kept moving when you sat on it. Rooms and bathroom very small. Lots of road noise, hard to sleep. Air-con was loud and had to turn off
