Loved this stay! The facilities, dinner, breakfast, restaurant, staff, amenities, hot spring tub, and the room - all wonderful. Very close to the Nara deer park.
I didn’t love the road noise that I could hear while soaking in the tub, but not a big deal.

I especially like the hot spring bath in the room. It’s very comfortable & clean as the water is running.😊
It would be better if there’s shuttle bus service provided.

The private jacuzzi in the room was a favorite, as well as the overall privacy of the whole hotel. Beautiful hotel.
The restaurant tried their best to cater to allergies but still served seafood on my main menu which can kill me! I did give plenty of notice for this and came as a bit of a surprise at the time. My wife ended up having to eat the majority of it. If people have allergies, I would highly recommend not to book with food/dinner included.
