I especially like the hot spring bath in the room. It’s very comfortable & clean as the water is running.😊
It would be better if there’s shuttle bus service provided.

The private jacuzzi in the room was a favorite, as well as the overall privacy of the whole hotel. Beautiful hotel.
The restaurant tried their best to cater to allergies but still served seafood on my main menu which can kill me! I did give plenty of notice for this and came as a bit of a surprise at the time. My wife ended up having to eat the majority of it. If people have allergies, I would highly recommend not to book with food/dinner included.

The location is excellent, surrounded by nature and close to Nara Park and the deer. It is very convenient for exploring the area, and the peaceful surroundings make the stay relaxing.
The reception staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a property of this level. The service lacked professionalism, communication about the courses and drinks was unclear, and even basic questions about the food were sometimes difficult for the staff to answer.
