The communication on how and where to find the lockbox was very easy to understand. The apartment itself was comfort plus, the reclining couches were definitely the highlight, along with the comfortable bed with a selection of pillows and the comfortable outdoor seating to take in and enjoy the amazing view.
There was nothing we didn't like but if we could have added anything it would have been a chest of drawers for clothing and a toasted sandwich maker would have been ideal, but all in all nothing to complain about at all.

The location and views were amazing. Lots of choice of restaurants and easy walking distance.
Only fault was the lift was out of order twice in 2 days. The room was well equipped but I thought there should've been some milk in the fridge on our arrival.

Location, views, size of apartment. All appliances worked. Aircon worked well. Fans worked well. However balcony door was very heavy to open. Bed was comfortable.
Apartment was in need of refurbishment. Curtains were marked and torn, tiles on balcony were broken and lifting. Furniture had yellow sweat marks. Bathroom tiles were not clean. Shower stall was not clean. Bathroom basin did not drain properly. Bathroom vanity was broken and veneers were damaged. Stove top was dirty. Dishwasher was not clean. Carpet was worn and torn in doorways. The common areas in the building were not cleaned daily. The lift was not cleaned daily.
