El personal maravilloso, desayunamos y la comida esta deliciosa, habitación cómoda y bonita.
La alberca podria estar más limpia y había una falla en el lavabo, nada que no se pudiera arreglar. Lo recomiendo mucho.

REl hotel esta muy bonito. Buen gusto en la decoración, instalaciones cómodas y nuevas.

The staff is really nice
The bed is comfortable
They got european electrical sockets
The fotos are misleading, the pool is filthy and disgusting without chloride etc
The hotel only has a restaurant thats open until 4pm and no room service afterwards or other ameneties. How can this have 5 stars???
They have multiple big hotel chains next to them and all of them are the same price with much better ameneties
The AC in the room is incredibly loud! I put it on the lowest setting and couldnt even hear the TV!
The wifi did not work and they had to get me access to a special wifi connection
The office chair is really unpleasant and the desk as well for work.
The shower takes 5mins to get hot
