The hotel offers 4* facilities at 3* prices, right in the centre of Jinnah Supermarket. Although there are many cheaper options nearby, its range of facilities (including round-the-clock service) makes it a good value option. Staff are helpful and courteous, rooms are spacious and clean, the wifi works very well, the breakfast buffet is decent. While there are many popular restaurants within a short walk's distance, for a no-fuss meal their restaurant offers a serviceable mix of Chinese, Pakistani and continental dishes.
The rooms can be a bit stuffy and the windows are sealed shut. An extractor fan in the bathroom would help.
The main issue is their automated message asking for payment by bank transfer one evening before arrival. This is inconvenient and possibly expensive for overseas guests. It is also unnecessary given that credit card details are taken on Booking.com at the time of booking. Admittedly, when pressed on this message, they replied saying to ignore it, but then why is it being sent?

Very good location in F7, wall distance to all you need
What you paid what you got, no hot water, but that is summer okay, told service people then don’t understand English, then told front desk, they never come to fix.
