Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Haris, and the room was very clean. Furthermore, the hotel is very centrally located, making it easy to get around Islamabad. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, there was great variety in the room service menu and the taste was great.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great location for some local food spots and close to central mall.
Some of the other guests were very noisy early in the morning and I needed to speak directly to them as they were shouting at 5:30-6:00 in the morning

I really liked my stay at Shelton hotel Islamabad, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks to Harris for his outstanding hospitality and professional service, made my stay more enjoyable.
Nothing significant to dislike. Everything was well managed, and the staff was courteous throughout my stay.
