Location is perfect with so many restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance. Breakfast is delicious and staff if very friendly.

Cleanliness
The staff could have been more professional, and the customer service experience was not what I expected. The room I was given did not match the one I had booked on Booking.com. When I raised the concern, I was informed that the booked room was already occupied and that the available room was the only option. I was also told that I could cancel the booking if I wasn't satisfied. While the stay itself was manageable, I believe the booking should have been honored.
