Breakfast was not included; however coffee was provided. Everything was clearly labeled for our convenience. The facility was quiet. The shower was fantastic. We had no qualms about using the bathroom. It was very clean. The neighborhood was nice. We felt quite safe taking walks. The security getting into the building and our room was very good.
There was no hand towel provided in the bathroom. A flat sheet was not on the bed; therefore the patterned duvet cover was directly on our skin - not very comfortable. The mattress needs replacing. The edges of it was higher than the middle. it sloped inward. I could feel the coils. Three of the five nights I was there, I ended up sleeping in the kitchen for a minimum of two hours a night.
