Located in East Jordan, this lovely house for $125 per night is a great choice for your next break. Location, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly & AC Home near Boyne & Schuss Mountains, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, Petoskey, golf courses, and 3 minutes to the Beach! The home sleeps 11 in bedrooms and 13 total with the pull-out couch. It is a perfect home for multi-family gatherings as it has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms and a fenced in backyard for the family & your doggies to enjoy! Upon entering the home, you walk into the living room with a 65” smart TV and an open concept living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our guests' reviews comment how the fully stocked kitchen is the best they have ever rented. The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms (2 queens + bunk bedroom). The kids bunk bed is a full over full with a twin trundle so the bunk room can sleep 5 kiddos comfortably. The kids bedroom closet is full of toys, puzzles, and games to keep your kiddos entertained while on vacation. There is a renovated 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bathroom apartment attached, a perfect in-law suite so the home has 2 kitchens and 2 living room areas. The apartment is located on the main floor of the home so all can come and go easily between the two spaces. Outdoor Living and Fun 💥Deck with patio furniture that can seat 13 people. 💥 Hot tub with LED lights that can seat 7. 💥 2nd patio dining table in the backyard next to the hot tub. 💥 Outdoor games are provided for family bonding time. 💥 Fire pit in the backyard (Note: Firewood is not provided) 💥 Fenced in backyard for your doggies! NO PARTIES!!!! The city has a noise ordinance and quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. The driveway has a slight drop down to it so during high snow fall, a low vehicle may have trouble getting out. Snowplow service is provided when snowfall is greater than 4 inches. Amazing! My family went up during the holiday and we had an amazing time here. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t in our favor for our ski trip but we made the most of it and it was nice having a clean place to come back to and spend family time together. The house is very spacious and had everything we could think of. Definitely would recommend to other friends and family. We loved our stay here! The hosts were very nice and welcoming!

We were from all over the US attending a family wedding in East Jordan. We did not expect to find a location that would accommodate our extended family and a dog - The Summer - Winterland Retreat exceeded our expectations. We took advantage of both kitchens, all the bedrooms, and common spaces. Our hosts thought of everything; coffee, cookware, dishes, games, and wine glasses (even frozen ones). They took the mystery of finding things out of the equation, it is all labeled! Extra blankets and throws for those cool nights. I cannot say enough about this home.This property is an excellent solution for a family or group of friends. We did have a couple of questions for our hosts, they responded immediately! If we need to be back in the area - this will be our go-to place.

The home was very clean both inside and out. Very well stocked with all living essentials. Good location. This home is so much better looking in person than the pictures showed on the VRBO site. Only negative was some trouble with the one side of the refrigerator door. Probably needs some attention. You cannot fix something that you do not know about.

My family and I had a great stay at this home and would definitely recommend it to others. The house was clean, stocked, and exactly what we expected from the pictures. Communication with the owners was great and we were very impressed with the attention to detail the owners had put into the home. All of the cabinets and drawers were clearly labeled. Their check in instructions let us know exactly what the home was stocked with so we were able to shop accordingly on our way to the home. The property is located in a great central location and has a lot to offer for activities. 5 stars for sure.

We have stayed at dozens of rentals in the past and Laura is the best host we have ever rented from. Not only is she so easy to communicate with, but she truly cares that you and your guests are comfortable and have everything you need. That speaks volumes about the property and how clean and accommodating it was for us. Would definitely stay again
