SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon, Kinnakeet Shores – How long has it been since you have felt the sand between your toes? The simple joy of a beach vacation cannot be underestimated; nor can the way SANDPEBBLE makes you feel peacefully renewed. Located just an over-the-boardwalk stroll to the ocean, this four-bedroom/three-bath home is perfect for the family who loves the extra amenities of a resort community, balanced by a peaceful retreat to call their own. The first level features three bedrooms: a master king with an ensuite bath and two rooms with two twins, each that share a full hallway bath. Each of the bedrooms features a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom, a queen with ensuite bath, is located on the upper level. Here, too, is a roomy great room, adeptly designed for bringing the family together for meals and many more memorable moments. While the living room features a large flat screen TV and Blu-ray player, the must-see watching will most likely come from the deck, where the sun rises in the morning. Enjoy a dip in the six-person hot tub, conveniently screened in for all-weather use. Guests of SANDPEBBLE have access to all Kinnakeet Shores community amenities such as swimming pool, tennis courts, and sound access. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the grocery store, multiple restaurants, beach, ice cream shops, and more. Sift through homes no more and book SANDPEBBLE for your next beach getaway. *Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis Courts. You will sign in with the attendant using the house name. New for 2023: New decking on both levels. Additional linens and towels available for rent. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
