About this house rental

Located in Avon, this attractive house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. SOUNDVIEW Avon — Kinnakeet Shores — A private location on a safe neighborhood cul-de-sac. 4,000 sq. ft. of well-designed space. Gorgeous views as far as the eye can see. That’s what we call SOUND LIVING, a seven-bedroom/seven-full and three-half-bath home that checks all the boxes for the perfect vacation getaway. Choose to hit play or pause at the ground level pool area where a sparkling pool, inviting chaise lounges and a four-person hot tub provide multiple options. An outdoor shower and half-bath are located conveniently close by and an under-house entry reveals an elevator to help you move groceries and luggage to their designated destinations. On the first level, a spacious recreation room features a pool table, TV, entertainment center, bistro table, and kitchenette. There is one bedroom on this level featuring a pyramid bunk and trundle with its own full bath. Four more bedrooms occupy the second level, all kings with ensuite baths, TVs and private deck access to enjoy the views of nature at play. The home’s second half-bath can be found between levels two and three. Two more king master bedrooms, each with ensuite baths and TVs are located on the third level, opening onto a light-filled great room. There’s a lovely living room with comfortable seating providing perfect sight lines for everyone watching the large flat screen TV perched above a fireplace. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen encourages a group cooking effort to bring your vacation meals to the table, a long one that can accommodate 10, along with four more at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the sound views as you dine, or even better, feast on the stunning sunsets that color the sky each evening from the furnished deck. Guests of SOUND LIVING have access to Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis facilities. The house is dog friendly and up to two furry friends are welcome. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
