The open kitchen looks into the living room with plenty of seating and a large screen TV with ROKU at the fireplace . The eat-in kitchen can seat 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen counter. Off of the dining room the large patio area overlooks the pool with a game room table and extra sleeping area. The large enclosed under air patio has 2 day beds that sleep 4 adults and leads out to the back pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and outside dining area. The property is a short drive to New Smyrna Beach with 13 miles of white sandy beaches and an additional 21 miles of beach in the beautiful national park. The salt river is 3 mins away which offers great fishing or just spot dolphin & manatees from the shore. National parks surround this area, Great restaurants , unique shops and special events on historical Flagler Ave & Canal St. With oldie cars lined up down a palm tree coastal small town street every 2nd Sat & a farmer's market. Fun for all ages and centrally located if you're interested in making day trips. Disney and all the parks Universal , Epcot are 45 minutes away. Daytona Beach 500 is 20 minutes away and they have races thru out the year. A large surfing water park is coming soon and if you'd like to see a launch, you can actually see them 3 minutes away from this property at the river.
