This property is wonderful. Very clean, kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the fire pit is a great bonus, and the living room is super cozy with it's leather couch and gas fireplace after a full day of hiking. The property is just 5 minutes from one of the Rocky Mountain Natl Park entrances. Plenty of trails to enjoy on the west side of the park. We drove to Estes Park(east side) one day, but it's much more crowded. I'm glad we stayed here to avoid the crowds.

The house was lovely and clean. The location was across from a private lake in a private community. The t v remotes did not work. One was placed in the kitchen drawer which we never found. There weren't any instructions on using the t v. The door had a note that said, "Do not lock." It's the lower lock that is not to be locked. The bolt should be locked. That needs to be explained. I would recommend this house very highly.

Beautiful cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as advertised in the listing, and the manager was very responsive to questions about a short term power outage. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. Our two year old especially liked the open concept family room space and loft! The only thing we would do is add a lamp or two in the family room for more reading light, but the lack of this didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the cabin. The location was great—five minutes drive to the entrance of RMNP, where we enjoyed hikes on the western side of the park. Beautiful, and less busy than the east side! The cabin is also five minutes to the charming town of Grand Lake, which we enjoyed exploring. We would stay here again if in the area!!
