Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. Make your way along the tile floor to relax on the plush furniture, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, or eat home-cooked meals at the formal dining table. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats six. Three spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures, each boasting a smart TV for private viewing. Challenge your loved ones to a friendly competition on the pool table on the lanai, where you can have brunch or chit-chat until the stars come out to dot the sky. THINGS TO KNOW To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: above garage Aimed at boat dock Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, boat lift access is not permitted and we do not guarantee a safe docking of any water craft. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This was our first time to vacation in Punta Gorda and the house was great. We liked it so well that we have already rented it for next year but coming a few weeks later and staying longer!

The layout of the home coupled with its location made it an ideal place for us to stay. The floor plan makes this an inviting place to stay. The neighbors were very friendly, the street decorated for Christmas. The huge kitchen/great room allowed us to have our adult children join us for dinner and game nigh. Florida had a cold spell, so we were unable to enjoy the pool.

Overall clean, however, no soap or garbage bags. We had four guests staying we had seven bath towels no hand towels and one washcloth. We were told the local staff would stop by with more hand towels and garbage bag(s). When they didn’t arrive, we were told we could go buy some hand towels and turn in the receipt. Garbage bags do not come with the rental. The propane, fire pit had no propane. We were also told we could purchase some propane and turn in the receipt. The heated pool is optional you need to give 72 hours notice and I assume money to get the pool heated. Other than that nice place.
