The hotel was very close to the harbor and perfect for long walks near by the sea. The Tiki Bar belongs to the hotel and you could have dinner there for a fair price.

The hotel was renovating right than and the floor our room was on, was like a construction site. The first day they didn't clean the room at all. I had to complain about this than the concierge made it work even difficult. The breakfast was ok, but the waitresses took their time, were unfriendly and had no clue about the menu. Rather disappointing and this is not what I expect in a hotel of this class!

Horrible dirty little room $400

Nice location and entertainment options.

The floors were sticky and dirty. The toilet continued to run after each use. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed properly and would pop off of the mattress during use. $400.00 per night I expected at least a 4 star hotel and was a 2.

Not what I would recommend as a resort.

Hot tea available. Bagels too!

We had a really hard trip at Atlanta, looking forward to a great sleep. We arrived to a drunken party taking place in the lobby. Went to bed hoping to miss most of it. At 3:00 am they were still at it. So much for good sleep.

Just awful and a waste of time and money.

Didn’t even get to take our trip. Hotel refused service even though all conditions were paid.

Other than the first night, overall was a great stay.

The location in the water with the lights on the trees was beautiful at night. We spent every night at least taking a small walk or sitting on the benches looking at the water.

Parking, getting on and off property. Our first night which was a Saturday there was a live band at the Tiki area. There was no parking left open for actual staying guess. We drove around for more than 10 mins. Looking for a place to park and ended up having to park on the grass and mud. Make sure to have enough parking for your guest who are paying to stay there vs people coming to see free music. Also there should really be more than one way in and out.

My hotel room door was broken. Notified front desk. They did nothing about it. The bathroom sink drains slowly. The milk for coffee or tea curdled were no good. Breakfast menu needs a strong makeover.

Will not book at this location again

One decent meal, and the bar service was good

Parking was a problem for my handicapped husband, also didn't find the beds comfortable. Sleeping was a problem because of a squeaky door and noise from traffic.

Didn’t meet expectations of a Sheraton Hotel

Great location

I booked through booking.com. My booking included breakfast which was clearly written on my booking information.This clearly wasn’t on the hotel system as the staff couldn’t find it. It made booking in hard work and not really what you want when on holiday. The Bathroom was not that clean (hairs & dust on the floor)

it was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay there again

The property is near the water and has fantastic views! The Tiki bar and restaurant was a plus because we didn’t have to drive and they offered a great band that night.

Our bathroom had some rust in the shower and sink was a bit dirty near faucet Entrance to the hotel is very tricky

This is the way a hotel should be run the staff was friendly The View was beautiful the bed was comfortable and it was exceptionally clean and to my surprise the restaurant was excellent really good

this was a very good facility wait a great staff. Everyone was friendly!

the staff was great and the facilities were clean and on top condition.

parking was a little far and seemed the only entrance was the front door. A little bit of a hail for baggage.
