Resort includes 3 pools, hot tub, running track, gym, 6 tennis courts, sunning deck, poolside bar & grill, beachfront bar, and family grilling area. Gated community with 24-hour security, mid-island next to Palmetto Dunes. Our private beach is one of the least crowded, most beautiful on the island. Just take a walk on our private boardwalk overlooking a scenic salt water marsh with spectacular wildlife like herons and egrets! There is also golf cart shuttles that can take you if you don't feel like walking! At the beach you will find Coco's Cabana with food, drinks and restrooms and the breath-taking beach surrounding you! Best waves, shells and sharks teeth! Beach Volleyball right in front of CoCo's! This mid-island resort is a 24 hour gated community and convenient to all the fun Hilton Head Island has to offer! Beautiful bike paths, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach! Perfect place for our family of 4! Great clean pools and hot tub, sufficient space in our room and convenient location. The walk is a bit to the beach but we really enjoyed getting our steps in each day and looking for wildlife!

Amazing place to stay, especially with children! Having the indoor and outdoor pool option as well as the room being right by the indoor pool/hot tub was a game changer for our family. The condo was exactly what we needed to have a great week in Hilton Head. We hope to be back soon! Maya communicated so well and was so kind. Thank you for having us! :)

This was our third year staying at Hilton Head Resort, and second year in this unit. This is in Building 3, which is the one with the indoor pool. We always come in March and sometimes it’s too cold or rainy to swim outside, so having an indoor pool within the building is so nice! We really like the layout of this unit. The kids love the triple bunks. The kitchen/dining/living room is furnished in a way that makes the space feel bigger than it is. Just a heads up, the coffee maker is a KEURIG!!! I forgot again, and had to go back to the grocery store for pods. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location of the villa was SPOT ON! I LOVED all of the resort amenities. My favorite was the hot tub. I will definitely add this resort to my MUST STAY AGAIN spot.
