The backyard is an entertainer's wonderland, from the stunning pool and spa to a full-sized Bocce Ball court. Fun touches, including a firepit, billiards, and horseshoes, are placed around the property so guests can find something exciting at every turn. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. *Home Truths:* - Pool heat is available October-April for an additional fee. - Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. - Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay. - Please note that the living room fireplace does not work. - This property is located on a dirt road, it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles. - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry. Parking Details: - Driveway accommodates a maximum of 8 vehicles - No street parking. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / King bed Bedroom 3 / King bed Bedroom 4 / King bed Bedroom 5 / King bed Bedroom 6 / King bed Bedroom 7 / King bed + 2 tri-fold sleeping mats --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. STVR104-21

There were a handful of issues that could have been easily addressed to make our trip better. The management company needs better cleaners. In the house and around the backyard wasn’t the cleanest. There was oil left on the bottom on the oven so it smoked when we turned it on. A couple of the showers wouldn’t drain properly. The pool was dirty when arriving. One of our kids found a dead rat in it. The management company did send someone to clean it. We paid for the pool to be heated to 78 for 2 nights, but the management company turned it on late so we got refunded the first night. The pool never reached anywhere close to 78 so they refunded us for both days, which was disappointing because it was abnormally cold outside. I don’t remember it being stated on the listing, but the house is not on a paved road. That might be worth mentioning for people that don’t have a truck or SUV. The positives are the property is nice. Everyone enjoyed the games outside and the pool table inside. The house is spacious and accommodated a large group. I would say my review is closer to 2.5 stars, but could of easily been a 4 or 5 star review without the issues mentioned above.
