We stayed in room 311 and it was very clean, open and inviting with a charming rustic feel. The area the house is in is very nice and walkable.
There were other reviews that complained about loud ambient noise and we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
We thought parking would be an issues since there isn't anywhere designated, but finding a spot close by wasn't an issue at all and the whole area felt safe enough to park comfortably.
Communication with the property manager was very quick and respectful.
Overall, this was a very positive experience and would definitively recommend this location for a stay if someone I knew were looking for a place to stay in Coral Gables.
