The hotel is very close to the beach. The street looks a bit shabby but it's really no problem.
In general, they provide relevant items for the kitchen and lots of towels for the beach. Moreover, they provide child toys for the beach.
Very important: it is NOT a serviced appartment. Bear that in mind if you go to the beach: either you clean yourself (without vacuum cleaner) or accept that sand will be everywhere in every room. Or you can pay the hotel extra money to clean. The washing machine was bad. The drying rack was almost broken.
In total, the hotel is overpriced.
