The maintenance issues with the apartment did unfortunately impact our comfort levels.

Hi We have informed the accommodation that there have been many issues with the apartment and thought they should know so that they can be fixed for future guests staying here. We made it work but we were disappointed to find these issues with the apartment given how much money we spent we did expect a better facility.

Good location, but the property needs some renovation. Especially air conditioning!

Good location, beautiful building, elevator

Air condition system worked poorly only in one bedroom, which was critical, because outside was 38C! Ants in bedroom. The water either cold or super hot in all three bathrooms, we struggled to take a shower. No dishwasher tablets were provided. The socket in one bedroom was broken.

Central location, good size apartment

Apartment had 3 bathrooms but only 1 was usable. The staff did fix 1 bathroom (toilet and shower both blocked) but it was only fixed for our last night. 1 toilet unable to be fixed

MYSTERY BODY FLUIDS ON BEDDING, BROKEN AC UNIT READ ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE STAYING HERE

We liked absolutely nothing about this property other than it was near the Trevi fountain.

We traveled Europe for two weeks without a single problem and met wonderful hosts all along the way. Rome was our last stop, and I truly have never had such a horrific experience in my life especially since we ended up sleeping with a duvet that had someone else’s dried mystery, body fluids all over it and the host essentially blamed it on us, saying that the bedding which was in an unlocked wardrobe 2 feet from the bed (where additional bedding is typically stored) was not expected to be used since it is summertime. I don’t even know where to start with this place but if you’re thinking about staying here, I encourage you to read my entire review before doing so. First of all the apartment is run by a corporate office and there is no one from the company to come in person to check you in or meet if something goes wrong. They request you check in online with a link that directs you to a private website to scan in your passports and do a facial scan. When you arrive you better hope your phones are working well and you have good service throughout your stay because that is how you get in and out of the building. They did provide us with one physical key, but between six adults always going out and doing their own thing it was definitely a problem. We requested a second key but were never given one. There seems to be some sort of dead zone around the building we would literally walk all over Rome with service and when we got back to the building, it would be SOS so we found ourselves locked out multiple times and just had to wait for another person to come out of the building. When we first got into our apartment in day one the first thing we did was turn on the AC and within minutes it started leaking water and quite a bit of it. We contacted our host and the majority of our first evening in Rome was spent dealing with getting it fixed. The communication from the company during this time was absolutely horrific.

Central location, good size apartment

Apartment had 3 bathrooms but only 1 was usable. The staff did fix 1 bathroom (toilet and shower both blocked) but it was only fixed for our last night. 1 toilet unable to be fixed
