Wish I read reviews.

Great location, safe and secure apartment. Apartment was nice, would have rated it higher if we weren’t so scared to use everything.

Too scared to use anything or do anything due to being threatened extra charge for everything (makeup on towel, dish is sink, lock box left out, the list went on..). Had to take own bins out (no problem) but provided no instructions where to go leaves you wandering the hall. Checking in causes a potential security risk to you. They want you to send a photo of your drivers licence or passport, and front and back photos of your debit/credit card. They don’t tell you this until 2 days before your booking when it’s too late to cancel. Their alternative option to sending photos of a credit card is to transfer them $300 for a deposit and they will supposedly transfer it back within 7 days. Really dodgy. 2 minutes before we were supposed to get access to the property they asked for FaceTime verification after I had already verified with my credit card and photo ID. I was not made aware of this until this message 2 minutes before. I didn’t have access to FaceTime so had to use my partners phone. It’s the biggest muck around. Honestly wish I read more of the reviews before booking, would have gone anywhere else.

Centralised location just opposite Southern Cross train station with 2 tram stations next to it. The view from the rooms were fantastic during both in the day and at night. The room is clean and neat. The kitchen and bathroom is fully equipped.

The 2nd bedroom shape is odd and it is super inconvenient to move around with the bed in the middle of the way

Very central

The apartment does has a dryer. The racks for hanging clothes were broken. During winter, it is not wise to advice your guest to go and dry it at a laundry place. It is advisable that the property owner purchase the dryer.
