Ruhige Lage in Seitenstraße des quirligen Barrios La Latina, sehr sauber, Klimaanlage und Internet funktionieren einwandfrei
Wohnung insgesamt beengt, Balkon sehr klein mit wackeligem Tisch, für Frühstück ungeeignet, eigentlich nur ein Austritt. In der Küche gab es keinerlei Überbleibsel von Vorgängern: kein Salz, Pfeffer, Öl oder Essig. Keine Kaffeemaschine, nur Espressokocher für Herdplatte. Keine Geschirrhandtücher. Matratze völlig durchgelegen an Sitzstelle zum Hinlegen.

Todo en general. Olía súper bien a limpio. Y fueron muy amables al avisarnos cuando ya estaba listo el apartamento antes de la hora de entrada.
El sofá del salón habría que cambiarlo.. es un poco incómodo.

Good for staying short time. Location is good if you travel on the train as the train station Atocha Madrid is 20 min walk . Also 15-20 mins walk to the Plaza Major - the city centre . Quiet and safe area! Clean and has got all the necessary things. Good air conditioning! And shutters helped us to sleep. Clear instructions how to get to the key pick up location. Ok for one night to sleep! Even fit a family of four.
The doors in both bedrooms and the bathroom are very squeaky and create noise at night. No blankets but aircon is strong.
The major inconvenience is to pick up the key from the different location which is 7 mins walk.
