Centrally located and has everything you need for an overnight stay. Easy key handover, very straightforward procedures, well thought out. Considering the location and noise level, it's well insulated from the outside.
The shower drain is installed on the wrong side, causing water to spray out excessively. After just two people, the entire bathroom is practically flooded. The cleaning staff has never cleaned the walls; they're covered with hair from previous guests.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town, and only a very short walk to the funicular up to the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket too. Excellent kitchen facilities and the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable.

Good location, spacious and modern
Unreliable wi-fi, which kept dropping out. Air conditioning in apartment 4 struggled to cope with heat wave, though Apartment 2 managed well.
