It was clean .

There is no air conditioning and it was very hot . And the parking was away and extra cost .

Overall, it’s a nice cozy place with potential for becoming even better with just a few improvements.

The apartment is located inside a quiet, green courtyard. Behind the main entrance door there are several studios. The access is by code. The apartment itself is newly renovated, very cozy and clean. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking, the fridge was clean. The bathroom was also clean and had no mold. There is a park nearby. A tram stop is right in front of the building. And within 5 minutes’ walk there are a couple of grocery stores, which is very convenient.

However, I didn’t really like that the code for the apartment door was the same as the one for the main entrance. I feel it is not very safe, because anyone who knows the main code could easily try it and get inside. Unfortunately, the host did not agree to change the code. There were also a few smaller things which made the stay less convenient. In the kitchen there was an already used sponge left for the dishes, which clearly was not new. There were no cloths for wiping the surfaces, no kitchen or paper towels. Without these, it was inconvenient: after washing, everything around stayed wet. There was no dish rack, so it was impossible to dry dishes. In the welcome message, it was written that I could ask for anything needed for a comfortable stay, but when I asked for a kitchen towel, I was told that if I needed one, I should buy it myself. Another downside for me was the impossibility to open the window just for ventilation. Also, there was no mosquito screen, so in the evening many insects flew inside towards the light, burned themselves on the lamps and fell on me. This was unpleasant.

Excellent value for money.

We would like to sincerely thank you! It was very easy to check in and enter the apartment by following the instructions provided. What we appreciated the most was the flexibility — we didn’t have to arrive by a specific time, which made the whole experience stress-free, especially since we could only get there around midnight. The apartment was clean, and the main bed mattress was very comfortable. The sofa bed for the kids wasn’t quite as comfy, but still manageable. We had no issues with parking, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised by a very lovely gesture — thank you so much for that! We truly recommend this place! We truly recommend taking advantage of the suggestions provided — you will be pleasantly surprised!

It was really good besides the noise

We expected something like this for this price so I would say we are overall happy. I would rate it 6,5/10 to be honest just because of the noise.

It wasnt that clean as it could be, but nothing horrible. It was a bit hard to find a way, but staff immediately communicated so that was nice. But the really annoying thing was NOISE.From other rooms. It was terrible, 24/7 there was a noise, people were coming in and out and you can hear everything, which is not nice at 3am.

Great communication with the host and an excellent location close to the PGE Narodowy stadium. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfasts at the nearby bistro.

High noise levels from other guests, as the walls and doors are very thin and lack proper sound insulation.
