Horrible!!!

The property is central to many restaurants. Very close to the ICC

The bathroom blind was broken and half closed. The worst part is that it is close to the shower. When I take a shower people from adjacent buildings can see me taking a shower. I reported it from the day I checked in and everyday since and until the day I checked out it was still not fixed. I had to switch off the lights first before I could take a shower. Their pillows are very hard I woke up with painful neck every morning. My flight was early and I arrived at the property just after 11:00am. I had requested an early check in which I was prepared to pay for if need be. I did not get a response. They made me sit at reception for three hours as I had to wait for 14:00 check in despite the fact that property was not occupied and host was also sitting at the reception checking in other guests while I just sat there.

Poor Communication

The view was beautiful.

Communication from the agent was very poor. The Booking.com app states that check-in is from 14:00–18:00. We requested to check in at 14:00, but no agent was available and we were told to come back later. We arrived at 17:50 and still had to wait for an agent, only to then be charged a R350 late check-in fee. We were never informed beforehand that this fee would apply.

Loved my stay at One Thibault Square 1605. I would defiantly recommend it and stay there again.

The location was perfect for our needs. The room/apartment was perfect had everything we needed. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING! The handover of the key and the arrangements was well communicated.

Parking arrangements could have been done beforehand. On the pre check-in questionnaire they can maybe add the option of parking needed.
