Das Haus ist entzückend, sehr interessant eingeteilt, mit einer Rotonde, aus der 5 Schlafzimmer aus weggehen, ein weiteres befindet sich am anderen Ende des Hauses. Alles ist mit Klimaanlage versehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet, und geräumiger als auf den Fotos. Alles ist sehr sauber und SEHR zu empfehlen. Wir waren 10 Gäste, eine Familie mit 2 (fast) erwachsenen Kindern, und 4 Großeltern. Es gibt zwar 3 Stufen im Haus, aber alles ist auch für gebrechlichere Personen gut machbar.

Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und ist ein wahrer Segen in der Hitze!
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht komplett. zB keine 10 Gabeln, auch nicht genug Gläser, kein Mixer, außer Salz und Pfeffer absolut keine Lebensmittel bis auf den Willkommensgruß in Form von Wasser, Lavazzotabs und Tee.
Der Strand ist wirklich 150m vom Haus, ist aber Kieselstrand, sehr voll und ohne Cafe.....
Wir hatten eine Hitze bis 37 Grad, gefühlt 42°, da ist es leider unmöglich auf der sehr schönen Veranda zu sitzen, da diese die Luft stehen lässt. Ein Deckenventilator wäre dafür ideal. Wir haben uns mit einem Standventilator dann beholfen, ein weiterer wäre kein Luxus für die extrem hohen Temperaturen......

Excellent emplacement au calme. La proximité de la plage et peu de monde à cette période. Très bonne literie.
Belle piscine, indispensable pour ceux qui n'aime pas trop la mer.
La maison est bien ombragée et nous pouvions nous tenir au frais sous les arbres.
La propreté de la villa était appréciable.
Pour un groupe de 8 personnes comme nous étions, peut-être un peu plus de couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine.
Et peut-être quelques équipements en plus pour en métal pour l'utilisation du grill extérieur

The property had everything we needed. We were a group of 9 people and there was plenty of seating, furniture and appliances. The house was spacious and the air con worked very well. The pool was amazing and Riccardo came every other day in the morning to ensure it was clean for us.
Nothing really. Just a few recommendations from the group:
- Sun-beds for sunbathing were locked in place so couldn’t be moved easily up or down.
- Some plugs in the bedrooms could be replaced as a little outdated.
- Bathroom mats would be really helpful to exit the shower as the floor might become slippery.

The hosts were fantastic and responsive. The hosts put together the best guest guide I have ever seen. The House was very nice, clean comfortable and unique. The location was quiet and very close to very nice beach with in 5 min walk.
Quite frankly this was almost a perfect stay but a few things need to be fixed before I can recommend others stay there. The electricity situation is unsafe due to questionable wiring and there was no key to lock the door from the inside. The guests in the master bedroom had to take cold showers during the entire week of our stay. We have reported all these issues to the hosts and to booking.com. Our check out was rocky with some questionable charges that were disputed and eventually reconciled. Once these issues are resolved I would highly recommend this location.
