We were on Level 63 so the views were amazing! The location was ideal! Not only that it was across from the beach but shops, cafes, etc are walking distance.
The parking that you pay for. You need to remember that P2 is different from L2 for some parking. And there are stairs which make it difficult with luggage & travelling with older people!

Great location and views. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
A few things to note that we were suprised about given the price point -average cleanliness; the bathrooms had a thick layer of dust and grime on them, floors were sticky, and underneath one of the beds was what looked like years worth of dust and rubbish! The microwave didn't work, the toast was broken, there wasn't enough plates and cutlery for an apartment that can comfortably sleep 6 people. One of the men on the front desk at Ocean reception was rude and unhelpful. And lastly, the cooling in the living area couldn't keep up with the heat coming through the windows and kept shutting off. We stayed in June (winter!) and it was still incredibly hot and had to keep the blinds down most of the day which then takes away the stunning views.
Overall, can't say we would recommend or stay again unfortunately.
