Amazing view, friendly staff and the room had all we could need for our stay.
It was quite hard to find it the first time we arrived. We called for help and Francesca guided us to the apartment. After that it was easy to find :)

The apartment was sensational, absolutely beautifully decorated. The location and view were fantastic and Valentina who met us to hand over the key was lovely! It was also great to walk around the island at night after everyone else had left. It felt like our own private place.
For me, I found that the light switches glowing blue all through the night was really annoying. I like darkness when I sleep and it was a bit irritating having a constant glow in the bedroom. I understand they’re easier to find but it was a little annoying! Wouldn’t stop me staying again though!

Das Studio hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut geschnitten. Die Bäder sind nicht beengt.
Leider hat das ganze Studio stark nach Abwasser und gleichzeitig auch nach scharfen Reinigungsmitteln gerochen. Der Geruch nach Reinigungsmitteln war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern hat auch bei allen drei Gästen eine Reizung der Schleimhäute verursacht. Aus diesem Grund konnten wir leider nur bei offenen Fenstern schlafen, weswegen wir die Klimaanlage nicht nutzen konnten. Die Nacht war sehr warm und wir haben alle darum sehr schlecht geschlafen.
In unserem Bad war der Duschkopf locker. Wir konnten ihn nur in die Hand nehmen. Die Wände in der Dusche sind beschädigt.
Wir mussten leider eine halbe Stunde auf den Check-in warten ohne dass sich jemand bei uns gemeldet hat. Hier wäre eine Zwischeninformation hilfreich und das Angebot eines Getränkes angenehm gewesen. Leider haben wir durch die Verzögerung für die Besichtigung des Palazzos nur noch 30 Minuten Zeit. Wir haben Verständnis, dass sich Dinge verzögern können. Wir hätten umplanen können, wenn wir über die Länge der Wartezeit informiert worden wären.
