The location is great and room 5 which stayed in was fantastic.
Despite being part of a pub which has Indian restaurant attached to it. There was no noise and no smell, which I think is brilliant.
The check in time on Booking.Com is 3pm, but unfortunately that isn’t the case as nobody arrived until just before 4. The other couple of things are just about detail, as there was no spoon with the complimentary tea & coffee and the plug where the kettle is didn’t work.
I’m from a hospitality background and know that sometimes those little things can be easily fixed.

convenient for the party we were attending
The bed was uncomfortable, mattress definitely needs replacing. Room was far too hot with heating on all night. Resulted in a very sleepless night. The bath/shower in the actual room was also odd...as friends sharing we had to give each other privacy by going to the toilet ha ha. Even a shower curtain or privacy screen on the glass might of helped.
