Breakfast is a help yourself style, nothing cooked which suited us as we were away early. The room was clean and well presented but perhaps lacked storage space. No problem for a short stay. We were able to use the breakfast room in the evening to do some preparation we needed to do for the next day. Parking is off road and secure. Food was impossible to get in Cawood on the Friday night, but the Castle Inn was great - as real community feel and buzz to it - and great beer. It will hopefully have a chef shortly.
We felt well looked after and were made to feel welcome and would use Maypole farm again should wee be in the area.

Everything! I booked this last minute & from the point of contact Maggie made sure that I had everything. The location was great and quiet. My room was comfortable & all the facilities were brilliant.

Lovely location
Single room was like a box room shower the smallest I’ve ever seen bin not emptied from previous person kettle was horrible inside had to ask for it to be changed and a clean bag for bin. Window cill in breakfast room was not very clean no room for a proper chair to relax in
