Location, size, air conditioning and generally well equipped. Did get quick online response from manager.

Hated the impersonal and complicated app entry system especially when desperate to get in during a heatwave. Most annoyed that I saw an oven and washing machine (with instruction booklet) which I tried to use to then be told were both condemned and just ‘decoration’. Also power cut when using air conditioning, tv and kettle together. Was noisy but accepted that due to location.

Great location to come and go from

The location right next to the Reine Sofia museum and the Atocha Station made our stay close to perfect. The photo is the view from the terrace.

We weren't provided with an outside lock code right away so getting inside was at first frustrating but quickly rectified. There isn't an oven, and the amenities do only mention stovetop, but we cooked dinner and would have liked the oven to work. The pullout couch is dirty and needs a good clean.

Great location enhanced by a welcoming host to a well-priced unit for the area in a vibrant city.

The location was excellent within a short walk of all that we came to Madrid to see. Plenty of restaurants and cafes practically out the front door. The Reina Sofia was also right next door. Although the apartment isn't soundproofed and definitely shows its age, the location and the fact that it is a 2-bedroom unit at a great price definitely makes up for it. The host/owner was incredible. He responded immediately to our questions and even came over to let us in one night when we locked ourselves out. His responsiveness was perhaps the best part of our stay.

Access earlier than 4PM would have been nice or at least somewhere to put our luggage until check-in as we arrived in Madrid at 10AM. Heat pump unit in salon does not give out enough heat to heat the area. It either needs repair or replacement. A new access system (NUKI) gave us problems. We were not technologically savvy enough to use it. Thankfully, there was a old fashioned key. Access to the building required a code which we never received. Fortunately, building management was there to let us in and someone (I believe the cleaning lady) let us into the apartment. TV had no English-speaking channels. Admittedly, we are two 80-year-old ladies who retire early and we do not necessarily abide by some things the younger generation does. We did not know how to operate the shower, but the owner responded immediately with instructions. Same with the heater in the bathroom as the remote didn't work. Some things that may have been intuitive to others were problematic to us. The owner/host indulged us beyond our expectation. We would definitely stay here again.

Situación muy buena, precio para Madrid, dentro de lo caro que está, adecuado, limpio y con todas las necesidades para una estancia en la ciudad.

Las almohadas horribles , duras como piedras. Un cambio no estaría mal, el gasto no sería mucho. Yo si lo supiera la llevaba..... En la habitación doble no hay espacio ni para pasar pero como solo era dormir está bien.
