Ho soggiornato da Annamaria per una notte, ero di passaggio, ma è stato fantastico !!
Direi tutto perfetto, un'accoglienza attenta ai minimi particolari, la stanza fornita di ogni confort, con aria condizionata estremamente silenziosa, servizi igienici nuovi, rubinetteria tecnologicamente avanzata, e non per ultimo, l'accappatoio, che è una rarità per una sistemazione di questo tipo.
La colazione superlativa, con torte fatte in casa e squisitezze varie. Ci si sente davvero coccolati come a casa.
Inoltre la struttura mette a disposizione acqua fresca e altri generi di conforto.
Si è vicinissimi alla basilica e al centro, per un'esperienza immersiva nella fantastica località di Canosa, posizione ottima !
Ho anche usufruito del parcheggio auto in garage chiuso, che per qualche euro in più è una comodità assoluta, anche questa difficile da trovare in un centro storico cittadino.
Che dire, se dovessi passare nuovamente da Canosa, non avrò dubbi su dove soggiornare.

Pour ceux qui en ont assez des arrivées automatiques et des boîtes à clef, rencontrez d’urgence Anna Maria. Elle vous fera sentir chez vous dans les Pouilles. Une hôte adorable, avec qui échanger. Son petit déjeuner est bien plus qu’un petit déjeuner: c’est un feu d’artifice, de pâtisseries fraîches concoctées par un Annamaria qui s’occupera également de votre cappuccino et autres gourmandises. Cerise sur le gâteau: elle est la reine du beurre arrangé. Nous avons goûté celui au chocolat, citron et cannelle: inoubliable et digne des meilleures maisons françaises (sans chauvinisme). La chambre était très calme avec sa douche-fantaisie à découvrir également. La maison est bien située proche de tout. Si on repasse par là c’est sûr, on reviendra..

Non potevo soggiornare in una struttura migliore. Annamaria, la padrona di casa, è una persona squisita, precisa e disponibile. Mi ha accolto amorevolmente e mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Il bagno enorme e funzionale. Tra i punti forti sicuramente c’è la colazione, ricca e genuina, fatta di frutta fresca e di un’infinità di dolci fatti in casa, vari e gustosi. La posizione al centro è poi strategica per poter visitare le bellezze di Canosa.
Non ci sono assolutamente cose negative da segnalare.

The property is ideally located, just a short walk from the main square and cathedral. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Although the landlady is young, she is a remarkably talented baker. At breakfast, she prepared a wide selection of homemade cakes that were absolutely delicious and, in my opinion, even better than those found in some of the "pasticceria artigianale".
The information regarding "private parking" is misleading. The property should not advertise or be listed as having private parking when it cannot offer a private parking space to guests at any time. Having public parking nearby does not constitute private parking. The description should be clear, accurate, and transparent to avoid misleading guests.
