Très bien placé, dans un bel immeuble.
Très très calme.
Petit cocon bien agencé avec climatisation, petit réfrigérateur, micro-ondes …

We had to unpredictably change our plans and stay in the city for a couple of days and this place was a very positive surprise. For a very fair price we had a charming attic room with bathroom, where we could even have a quick breakfast in the morning, thanks to the fridge and microwave. The location was also convenient, not far from the center and connected by public transport. Everything was as it looked in the pictures and the host was very nice and easy to reach. I will definitely search for it again next time I'm in Rome!
Could be a bit uncomfortable in a couple corners for a tall person, but for us (average) it was just fine. An espresso maschine and some sugar would be a wonderful upgrade, but it had all we really needed!

Jedes Mal in Rome buche ich eine andere Unterkunft, weil nie was richtig gepasst hat. Dieses Mal bin ich aber sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, komme definitiv wieder!!! Alles hat perfekt geklappt- super Kommunikation, sauberes und kompaktes Zimmer und ausgezeichnete Lage. Definitiv ein Schnäppchen für den Preis!

Communication with the owner is not convenient and doesn't respond in timely manner as expected
Bed mattress is not comfy at all.
There is a small window in the room without curtain where the sun lights comes in every morning starting from 6 am, that made my sleeping pattern bad .
