there is nothing not to love in this place.
great location , super nice stuff, breakfast is good and cheap.
rooms are clean and in a good condition.
I will definitely return there next year.

It was a simple but very nice room, clean and comfortable. Around the corner of the accommodation are a few nice spots to eat.
The bathroom floor was half flooded after showering

The villa was nice and also the ladies from the place. On the first day, I was surprised about the good smell from the room and also because we had: shampoo, body wash and body cream (never found in Sri Lanka), tissues, and toilet paper. More than that, the room has AC and hot water. The room is enough clean.
The villa has good wifi, even after a power cut or during the raining is a little bit harder to recover.
The srilankan breakfast is very cheap and with a lot of food. Also, the juices, and tea are good.
At the villa, you can serve also lunch and dinner. You can ask them which food you would like to eat.
There are some restaurants close to this place.
The Kabalana beach is close and nice.
The drain of the bathroom is a little bit tricky, if you don't pay attention the water could be in your room. Even if it would happen, the ladies will clean very fast without any damage (the plan is to do something to solve the problem).
The store (for buying food, water, and fruit) are available only in Ahangama, the city center (3.5 km away).

The women's from there are very kind and they made for us a very tasty breakfast. The location is near to the main road and has Kabalana beach near which is very nice beach.
The room is clear and has everything you need.
Unfortunately if in the Villa were more than 4 guests then they don't have where to stay outside to smoke or drink something (there was only one table with 4 chairs).
In the bathroom the construction who made it wasn't very clever, if you don't pay attention then you can flood the room.
