Muy buen lugar, es pequeno pero cumple con todo lo de una estancia, las instalaciones son nuevas y es mucho mejor que quedarte en un hostal, la ubicacion esta bien ya que queda a 5 minutos del centro y es de facil acceso
Solo no hay personal fijo, entonces hay que comunicarse por whats pero si responden rapido

L’accueil de l’hôte était très agréable ! Chambre propre et confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une nuit en visite à Bacalar et Los Rapidos
Quelques petits soucis techniques mais rien de grave. Une douche sans eau chaude et une Clim qui fait du bruit. Mais nous avons changé de chambre donc all good !

It was clean
- remote location - Bacalar is a beautiful city, but you must keep close to the lagoon or the main square to feel the vibe, and Blue Turtle is far away in another part of the city, behind the main road and around some car workshops
- it was noisy, different sounds of cars, people, etc
- a huge hole in the middle with no barrier around - being with small kids I was afraid they would fall down there
- it should not have a „hotel” in its name as it has nothing to do with the hotel - just 6 rooms around this big hole
- spartan rooms - in one of our rooms there was literally nothing but two beds
- we were tempted by very high rating, which i’m not sure where it comes from; this place at the price we paud deserves 5 at max
