The apartment is a historic residence with classical high ceilings, beautiful big windows overlooking the Trastevere neighborhood that let in the cool breeze of the morning. There are a few stairs once inside, but then a lift that was very welcome after long days on our feet. Via Dandolo is a wonderful address. Away from the nightlife but close to local bars and cafes. The bus 75 is around the corner, and will take you to the Colosseum and Rome Termini, and up to Monteverdi in the other direction. Around the corner is the superb Bar Gloriosa with excellent coffee and cornetti. A locals cafe. Alessandro met us earlier than expected and gave us two sets of keys which was very thoughtful given there were four of us.
We would have appreciated some soap provided in the bathrooms for the hand basins and showers. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay and I would absolutely stay there again.

perfecte locatie dicht in het levendige travestere, maar in een lekker rustige straat
de douches zijn niet fijn, terwijl dit volgens mij heel makkelijk is op te lossen met een andere douchekop

The appartment space, facilities, location were all excellent. The person handing over the keys was very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/cutlery/ cups/glasses and essentials for cooking. Having two bath/shower areas was great.

apt was not very clean and did not have essentials like toilette paper and our host did not have a map to help us find our way around
