Rolling lawns, stone walls and mature trees enhance this bucolic setting. Gourmet kitchen, central air, large spaces with five bedrooms, one being on the first level with a full bath. New Azek rear deck and outdoor shower let you fully enjoy the Cape Cod lifestyle. Fire pit and charcoal grill. Take a short walk to Keveney Bridge for sunset views of Mill Creek or head into nearby Barnstable Village for dinner or a great cup of coffee. Beach pass provided. Home is streaming only +++ Home comfortably sleeps 6 adults 10 max for the home HOME amenities fire pit, outdoor shower, beach pass, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, drip coffee maker, all linens included starter supply of items for stay. Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property. *** All applicable taxes and fees apply.

This place is stellar. It's spacious and comfortably sleeps 10 people. The kitchen is gigantic and very high end. Two living rooms!? Not necessary but I'm not complaining (the kids can watch their own programs while we watch ours). Most importantly, no fighting for the newly renovated bathrooms! Proximity to town is great, and decent shopping is 10 mins away. Walking in the neighborhood is beautiful and the yard is perfect. Michelle and her Robert Paul team were always responsive (from the moment we booked until the morning we checked out). My family was incredibly pleased with our two weeks in June and plan to do it for as many years as they'll have us back.

My family, 8 adults and 5 children, have rented this property for the past 2 years. It is perfect for us. The location, access to the beach, layout of the house with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal. Great place for a family vacation we are all looking forward to returning next year!
